Friday Night on YouTube

It’s Friday night and I find myself watching more YouTube than anything.   I’m moving away from conventional TV, even the streaming services bore me.

My wife, Karen, and I binged an interesting student (Keng Tengg) who makes really interesting travel videos and he only has 123 subscribers.  Really great content though

I’ve also been watching youtube channels such as Carrie At Home who is a eBay seller and just a fun person to watch.  I watch a lot of reselling channels though like Ralli Roots and The Craigslist Hunter.

There are also the staples like Casey Neistat, Peter McKinnon and Hoovies Garage of course.  But there are so many other engaging people to follow.

The older I get, the more I enjoy YouTube.  The people on it aren’t characters, they are real people who you can interact with and get to know.   The hard part for me is breaking away from watching YouTube videos and actually making the videos.

Which is what I have to do now.  So excuse me as I go pick up my camera and make some content.
