Vantrue Nexus 4 Pro

The VanTrue Nexus 4 Pro is a fantastic dash camera.  It checks all the boxes… except one.   The goddamn size, I had this issue with the Nexus 5 pro too.  Maybe it’s global warming, maybe it’s just shoddy adhesive by 3M (but I doubt it as they make a quality product).

Other than that, the dashcam worked well.  Very reliable, always turned on.  Easy to use and had great picture quality.

The issue is that the barrel just weighs too much for the adhesive.  Particuarly in Canadian environments when the temperature can change drastically in the same day.

This is one of the few dashcams that I regret giving away.
