Redtiger F77 4K front and rear dashcam

Was I ever wrong about this dashcam!

I had to remake this video TWICE.  My first impression of it wasn’t flattering and it wasn’t until I used I READ THE MANUAL that I figured out the problem.  Once I got past that, this dashcam skyrocketed up to my top 5 list for 2025.

You can see that original video here. bad redtiger bad. I left it as unlisted since we put so much work into it.

RedTiger sent me this dashcam for free in exchange for a fair and honest review.   I’ll leave the link to it here:  Amazon.    If you like this dashcam, be sure to check out my other dashcam reviews on Youtube.  Also check out the BotsLab dashcam that we used on a roadtrip from Brampton to Saskatoon with.

Redtiger F77 Dash Cam Review – Dual 4K, STARVIS 2 Night Vision & Built-In eMMC Storage

Looking for a top-tier dash cam with crystal-clear footage both front and back? The Redtiger F77 delivers with its dual Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 4K sensors, built-in 128GB or 256GB eMMC storage, and modern convenience features, all wrapped in a sleek touch-screen unit. From dynamic HDR night capture to voice controls and fast Wi-Fi transfers, this flagship model raises the bar for on-road safety tech.

At the beginning I made the mistake of using my own thunderbolt 4 cable to try connecting the dashcam to my Mac Mini.  The cable doesn’t supply power though and wasn’t powering up the dashcam to create a connection.  Once I switched to the included cable, the dashcam powered right up and it become a external hard drive where you can drag files off it onto you PC for editing.

Why the Redtiger F77 Stands Out

If your priorities are premium video fidelity, especially at night, and you love automation (voice controls, GPS, Wi-Fi), the F77 is a compelling choice. Its internal storage design is a double-edged sword—cleaner setup, but less nimble for quick footage offloading. Still, for those seeking a high-end, comprehensive dash cam solution, it’s one of the strongest you’ll find in 2025.
