HP X360 Pavillion laptop

Found laptop full of personal information

Recently I was at a Value Village here in Brampton and found this HP X360 laptop for $24.99.    Nothing unusual as I’ve purchased lots of computers from thrift stores.  What made this one stand out was the fact that it was FILLED with personal information.  Tax documents, union information and medical records.  As well as 1000’s of personal photos.

The specifications on the HP x360 are horrible at best.  It’s pathetically slow.  I installed Ubuntu Linux on a hybrid SSD drive but didn’t have a stick of ram that was compatible with this model.  The HP x360 was difficult to open and even harder to work on which is why I don’t like HP products.

What would you do if you purchased a used laptop full of personal information?
